Payment Options
I accept insurance and am in several insurance networks. To find out if I am in your network and the details of your benefits call the customer service number on the back of your insurance card. If I am not in your network customer service can tell you what your out-of-network benefits include. I will submit the claim to your insurance company.
Insurance questions to ask your provider:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- Do I have a co-pay or co-insurance? What is the amount?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
A sliding scale is available for those without insurance.
